Coming onto a military base out in the Mojave, there is a large rock pile that has been painted by the various units that have trained there.

That's pretty neat. I must admit though, that I have strange images of an alien race descending from outer space and finding this pile of painted rocks and thinking that we are a very bizarre species.
I would love to see that someday. I'd probably read each and every rock....thanks for sharing.
